For the first time ever in R!R history comes a release that has an extra bonus album included in the release. Top Loader from Baton Rouge, Louisiana wanted to give you the listener an extra bonus, just like a video game you have a DLC so to speak of extra tunes not included in the original release. Hyperstar and Hypernova are a great journey through space and beyond in chiptune form. 10 tracks total on two seperate albums, what more could you ask for? You will hear more from Top Loader in the near future because we see a ton of potential in this up and coming chiptune artist. -RR!
Travis of the incredible grindcore act The Leviathans Mandible has graced us with his entire discography of his side project The Eaters of the Dead. 46 tracks off of EP’s, Demo’s, and splits all in one central location for your listening pleasure. A mixture of electronic, industrial, ambient, dubstep[kinda], and spooky sounds makes you really think, is there a zombie outbreak im missing or something? Hailing from Richmond Virginia, Travis lets loose this aural assault on your ears not worried one bit at the rape taking place just past your ear lobes. Ladies hide your panties this one will moisten them up real quick, and yeah guys you’ll probably get an erection. -RR!
Our good friends from Indonesia, DXC and To Die have sent over this killer 3 way split with Ansagata included in the mix. Each track brings the best of what each of these artists bring to the table. DXC brings his spooky ambient electronics while To Die does some great improv that turns into some kinda grind monster towards the end. Ansagata is the newest addition to the RR family and brings us a 9 minute guitar masterpiece that makes the end of this album just that much better. I’ve had this release for a good while now just hadn’t put it up till now since I had kinda lost it in my files…oops. Enjoy this great album and prepare for a weekend of a ton of free music. -RR!
Ron from the great Thirsting for Men has sent us a collection of sound clips, samples, and unused material from various projects of his. He pretty much considered them junk but finally decided to put them together and unleash them on the world. This is a great collection of material that almost got deleted and were proud to put it up on here and archive it for the rest of the time we have left here on this digital playground. Look forward to several great releases throughout this week all through the weekend and also look forward to a new Thirsting for Men album this Saturday as well. -RR!
This is a grindcore remix album. Yes I said it a grindcore remix album. To Die from Indonesia took a song written in 2002 entitled “Depresi” and had his friends remake and remix the living dead out of it. 10 great tracks featuring everything from grind, noise, ambience, and even acoustic. It really is such an honor to be able to release these albums, given the fact that Indonesia is 10,338 miles from the RR headquarters here in Texas. Now that I think of it, that’s really far away. Like always this release is free to download and free to listen to. -RR!
I wish I knew more about this project but it just mysteriously appeared in my inbox this morning and I had to put it out for you guys to trip out on. Apparently you can go and arrange the tracks on this album and create your own masterpiece with it, and hey if you do send it over for use to listen to. As soon as we get more info on this artist and release we will pass the news your way. But for now take a trip on this and don’t choke. -RR!
For all you cutsie pop lovers out there, this is the midnight hour on ROBO! Robotica. Oh yes baby, you are in for a wild ride tonight. All the way from Bandung Indonesia Vlderegen brings you some of the best instrumental covers using toys you have ever heard. We have a little Avril Lavigne, a wittle bit of Christina Aguilera, and how could you forget some Boys like Girls? Cuddle up in your bed with a nice glass of wine, hot cocoa, or a nice blunt and just let that special someone know you love them. Come on now when else do you ever get the chance?-RR!
This is the soundtrack to your nightmares. Twisted circuits blind you from what the world really has to offer. Travis of Richmond Virginia’s The Leviathan’s Mandible bring us his debut solo project The Eaters of the Dead. The bass on this album will make you groove like some kinda barred out cholo at the club. At moments you feel like your falling, or even floating just above your chair. When the zombies run out of flesh to eat The Eaters of the Dead will take care of the rest. Listen at your own discretion. -RR!
